You should always be able to send footage like this to law enforcement. At minimum it should be logged into driver history, issued a warning and maybe used for any future infractions.

I think the point he is making is the obvious entitlement of some drivers. He didn't get in a wreck and you see he ended up slowing down. But That truck would have lost a mirror had it been me.
