Xfinity call centers do it too. I remember I had to talk to someone before and they were impossible to understand so I had to request and beg for an English person. They finally gave in.

I was a H1 b recipiant in medical field. First they advertise the job if no US citizen or green card holders, then the job is given to foreign worker and the salary paid should be prevailing wage. Same as it is paid to domestic person. If they don’t allow worker from outside how are they going fill the positions ?

If you have technology equipment in India, it must be managed and accessed from India alone per their countries laws. The US should adopt the same method and any other countries wishing to retain jobs, citizens, and security. My opinion…
