@kara_marlene: 🚨 NEW RULING IN THE LINDSAY CLANCY CASE SOME TRIAL EXHIBITS STAY PUBLIC — EVERYTHING ELSE IS IMPOUNDED There is a new ruling in the Lindsay Clancy case — and this one is all about what stays public and what disappears from public view. Judge Sullivan has identified the exhibits that will remain publicly accessible and ordered that anything not on the approved list be impounded until further order. And here is where it gets interesting: The public list still includes some very significant evidence. Crime-scene photos. Blood evidence. Exercise-band evidence. Prescription bottles and medication records. Toxicology and DNA evidence. Photos of Lindsay’s wrist wounds. Family photos. And 16 pages of Lindsay’s own log entries. But the ruling does not identify every sealed exhibit by name or explain why each one is being withheld. So naturally, that leaves one giant question: What exactly is being kept from public view — and why? The public exhibits also show just how much evidence was introduced across the first several days of trial, from family photos and medication evidence to basement photographs, blood, exercise bands, and the “Prescriber’s Timeline.” This case may be between hearings right now, but the legal fight over the record is clearly still very much alive.
