If anything is raw and burnt on top it typically means the temp is to high. Things need to cook from the middle out

The oven’s thermometer may be broken or just worn down. So i would recommend getting a thermometer and putting th oven to a certain temperature then measure the temp with your thermometer and see if it is different

Some pizzas are just a bit soggy/doughy in the middle from the sauce but they are cooked! As long as it’s hot all the way through it won’t be raw ❤️

sometimes I cook frozen pizza at 200C. After 20 minutes, it should be steaming. The fact you pick up the slice suggests something is wrong with the oven. Do you have an oven thermometer?
