She might not like how still the water is. Moving water usually indicates to them it's safe to drink. Or like someone else stated it may be because the bowl is so low

she doesn't like how low her water bowl is. she can't see it and probably inhales water when trying to get a drink.

they cant see water and hate...i mean absolutely hate misjudging the waters lvl and getting water up their nose. They prefer moving water because they can see it better. could put a blue bobber in it so they can estimate the waters lvl

mine used to purpose run into their water bowls to knocked them down but once i got a fountain they stopped

my cats drink plenty of still water as long as its elevated. also just try adding water to their food if you are worried about hydration. on occasion, I usually do once a week, give them a brother made of water and wet food

water fountains are great - be mindful some cats love to flip them still though. my poor floors have been personally victimized.

elevate it, put the bowl on top of something but make it so she can still reach.
