Charlie :
I agree shortening the season makes sense. More of an emphasis on playoffs is great. However, I still get annoyed by the runner at 2nd extra innings rule. All we hear about is protecting the players. What about making the game what fans want? Without our revenue, it’s all an academic exercise discussing adjustments.

I like it except for choosing opponents the season should mean more than getting to choose your opponents

Select their opponents? 🤔 The team with the highest seed can choose who they wanna play in the wild card and division series???

No that's ridiculous keep it simple the higher seeds play the lower seeds accordingly. Wild Card 3 plays 6 and 4 plays 5. Division Series 1 seed plays the lowest seed and the 2 gets the other It's not hard

I like it all except don’t go back to where you can pitch a 3 man rotation in the playoffs like Randy Johnson / Schilling / X

Imagine thinking losing the revenue from 240 games is a good idea.
