Pleaseee try and get her a 2 bedroom she will appreciate when in some time she would be wanting to upgrade and get more space and instead of outgrowing the house in 5 years she could live comfortably for much longer and maybe even start a family or something in 10 if that’s what she chooses you could even hire an interior decorator and all the furniture for less than that 30k you would be spending on the last tiny home!! She could even use the last one as an example of what she wants :)!
