I understand that speed limits are meant to guide and keep all motorists safe but these limits especially on the highways should be looked at again. A lot of people drive cars that can hit 80km/h in their third gear. These speed limits can potentially cause damage to transmissions. This is easy to keep if you drive a 1.8litre 4 cylinder engine but those that have 2.5, 3.0 litre with six cylinders and above could actually develop issues if driven within these current limits. Unless we should all buy small cars with small engines.

they have to fix the roads, put up road and speed signs, fix traffic lights , street lights then try enforcing this law

If enforcement is serious, we should see fewer trotros next month. Speeding is only part of the problem. Many of these vehicles don't meet basic roadworthiness standards

The MTTD said they have increased in the speed limit,therefore the motorway is now 100 and other roads has been increased by 10 each. Now urban roads are now 60.
