vegan girlies aldi do a £1 block of tofu and it’s some of the best supermarket firm tofu EVER !!!

In (metro) Australia, 450g firm tofu is $2.80. Tofu is S teir here.

In mexico the only tofu I can get in the supermarket is about 1 usd x 100 gr that's around 10 usd per kilogram is kind of expensive, considering chicken here is around 6 or 8 usd per kilogram, on the other hand tvp is just 1.5 usd x 700 grm so cheap 🥰. I eat tvp as main protein daily and tofu just once or twice a week.

how is tvp cheaper than tofu at my store tofu cost 1.80 eur for 500 grams while but for TVp cost like 5 eur for 200 grams
