@cbsnews: Why does measles vaccination matter even for people who choose not to get vaccinated? CBS News' Dr. LaPook explains. #health #healthcare #vaccine #shots #kids
Unfortunately there are a lot of selfish narcissistic morons out there who couldn’t care less about their neighbours.

Apparently, ‘not everyone can get vaccinated’ has somehow become an excuse to ignore the people who can, Brilliant logic.

Not getting the vaccine or any vaccine due another health condition is one thing. but anti-vaxxers don't just because they don't believe in it or they believe propaganda lies about it

Not everyone can get the measles vaccine? That’s the whole point the public-health establishment never wants to discuss honestly.
Most of us who grew up before the mass MMR campaign got measles the natural way. We recovered, and we got lifelong immunity—something the vaccine has never delivered. Vaccine-induced antibodies fade in a few years; natural infection does not. The death rate from measles in the United States and Britain had already fallen more than 90 percent before the vaccine was introduced, thanks to better nutrition, sanitation, and vitamin A status—not the shot.
Live-virus vaccines like MMR suppress the immune system for weeks to months. They shed. They can trigger the very neurological inflammation and excitotoxic damage. And the “protect the vulnerable” argument is the same fear-based marketing used every time they want to expand the schedule. If a child is truly immunocompromised, the answer is better nutrition, targeted support, and keeping them away from recently vaccinated kids who are shedding—not forcing every healthy child to take a pharmaceutical product whose long-term risks are still under-reported.
Measles was never the “harmless killer” they claim when convenient, nor the apocalyptic threat they claim when they want mandates. Most kids recovered fine. The real question is why we’re still treating a once-common childhood illness as an emergency that justifies more injections, more liability protection for manufacturers, and more erosion of informed consent.
That’s the part the TikTok leaves out.
