Discipline will change everything! If we have discipline in our lives the choices we make are not just for the now. They will be thought out , not done to satisfy a temporary feel good. The choices we make today mold are tomorrow!!! I tell myself that the choices you make determines your fate! We need to treat ourselves better than we treat others!!!!
