"B-But gems don't have gender so I can headcanon Ruby as a boy!" THEY DON'T HAVE SEXES THERES A DIFFERENCE

🧽꧁⎝ 𓆩༺✧🄹🄰🄲🄺✧༻𓆪 ⎠꧂🧽 :

Wait... people think she's a Boy?!

king of larps :

so you're saying sapphire is a guy js cz she wears a suit 🤔

˚₊‧꒰ა 𝑃𝑒𝑦𝑡𝑜𝑛 ໒꒱ ‧₊˚ :

Why do some people think short hair = boy

Catmia_arg :

Fun fact: the reason Ruby wore a dress at the wedding was so that countries wouldn't change her gender in the dubs

ily_julez :

“ruby is a boy” “he looks like a boy” also ruby canon to the show

Eulalie_Kinnie :

People when a woman isn’t constantly wearing a dress or has eyelashes

deivids_63017 :

but let agree on something if some gems were "male" the show would be more interesting

pepper :

most people who think she's male just watched su in a translation because some translations gave her a male voice actor and he/him pronouns to make the ship straight because of homophobic translators

❄️~𝕊𝕒𝕡𝕡𝕙𝕚𝕣𝕖~❄️ :

omg i JUST realized how they were holding each other AHHHHH so cute ...

pyz✝️ :

My SU oc is masc 🥺

Cardboardnaldo Guy 🍋‍🟩🍟 :

{🌈🐰🤖} HAILY☆ :

I thought she was a boy once when I was little, I think maybe it was the voice-like, I thought its a little boy's voice. And I guess her outfit too.

-_- :

I used to think ruby was a boy Cs I was in a homophobic country and the dub for it had a male va for her

Garnet :

GooberSongit :

same happend with zircon

sam🐾 :

he\him pronouns for ruby feels so mocking

JackhowlsN0.1Fan :

Idk if it’s just me but I genuinely can’t imagine her as a boy.
