The epidural is the miracle of child birth. There’s just no reason to not get one. You don’t get an extra prize for all that pain. You still leave with your baby.

I got an epidural and it didn’t do shit but numb my left leg for ten minutes. I was screaming. In my defense, I was freshly 19 and knew nothing about birth.
