A place where Optimist meets Brutalist! Love the warmth of the interior life in contrast to the austere concrete facades. Can’t imagine it in the UK, would either be a premium urban private development or a failed social experiment! 🙏❤️

I met a man from Facebook 2 years ago and I finally just bought my ticket and I’ll be in Belgrade from December 29th-Jan 14th. I’ve never left America so I’m super nervous but also super excited!!! If there are any niche business, restaurants, cafe shops, stores, etc that I’ll be able to enjoy also In winter, can you pretty pretty please make a video on that? On fun places that are still enjoyable during the winter?

The open spaces that have no stores or restaurants, … other mixed used spaces in them become rather eerie at night for some people otherwise the design of the flats is gorgeous and good for them :)

I’m intrigued to know if the apartment blocks are safe…as in the U.K. these big estates are all council estates with subsidised housing and they are known as being unpleasant with gangs and dealers hanging out in the corridors
