@simpledeliciousresipes: #VNVideoEditor THIS CRISPY SALAMI & CHEESE TORTILLA IS SO GOOD! INGREDIENTS: ● Cheddar cheese – 2 slices ● Salami – 10 thin slices ● Eggs – 2 pcs ● Round wheat tortilla – 1 pc ● Cream cheese – 2 tbsp ● Vegetable oil – for frying INSTRUCTIONS: 1. Lightly grease a frying pan with vegetable oil and heat over medium heat. 2. Place the 2 slices of cheddar in the pan. 3. Arrange 10 thin slices of salami on top of the cheddar, placing 5 slices over each piece of cheese. 4. Crack one egg over each cheddar and salami portion. 5. Using a spatula, gently spread the eggs around the pan, shaping them into two rounded omelet portions. 6. Cook over medium heat until the cheddar begins to melt, the salami becomes lightly crispy, and the eggs start to set. 7. Place the round wheat tortilla on top and gently press it down. 8. Carefully flip everything using a spatula, so the tortilla is now on the bottom. 9. Spread 2 tablespoons of cream cheese over one half of the tortilla. 10. Fold the tortilla in half and cook for another minute or two until the tortilla is lightly golden and crispy. 11. Transfer to a plate or cutting board, cut into portions, and serve hot! ●Enjoy your meal● ●Save the recipe● ●It's incredibly delicious and very simple!!!● Bon appetit!
