The trick is to take a normal shower and then make it a little cold at the end so you don’t get all musky and sweat when you’re getting ready. Works like a charm

I was in the Navy on a submarine. You only get 3 minutes to shower. No waiting for it to warm up. It’s not coming. Ocean cold. I can handle a cold shower anytime. But like warm ones best.

my hot water went out In my apartment shower but I don't want to deal with maintenance, so I've just been taking cold showers for pretty much the whole summer. it's really not that cool, but it does help keep you from getting all sweaty when getting ready afterwards.

I have extra curly hair rinsing your hair and your body with cold water is actually healthy for both it makes my curls really tight and not frizzy and it actually tightens up all the pores in your skin and improves your immune system.
