I also think she was trying “to go along to get along” as the saying goes, to stay on the guys’ good sides and find out what really happened. And yes, in shock for sure. Her messaging and her delayed realizations remind me a lot of how I came to view my SA and DV in my marriage. But I fawned a lot first.

I’ve been thinking. Her kindness in the messaging afterwards, how she is uplifting and positive towards them. plus how she stopped to care for the one that got sick. It makes me so sad bc she’s still the caretaker of them!!!

Also that guy is a good example of gaslighting!! And yes in a situation where u r being gaslight and manipulated it’s normal that she felt like maybe it was her fault when it wasn’t !!! Also yes sometimes outta trauma response people try to justify what happened to them as right even tho it was wrong ! I hope she gets the justice she deserves !!!
