@intels5: Steakholder Foods has launched its Perfecta plant-based meat range in grocery stores across the northeastern United States, with distribution through KeHE. The initial lineup includes marbled steak, filet mignon and chicken breast alternatives, alongside salmon and white fish patties. The company develops 3D-printing technology intended to reproduce the texture and structure of whole cuts. It says Perfecta’s products are designed to deliver fibrous textures and marbling similar to conventional meat. This marks the brand’s first placement on U.S. retail shelves, with expansion into other regions and additional distribution partnerships planned. Source: Steakholder Foods.
