#outandabout Welcome to Tavares, Fla., aka “America’s Seaplane City,” where Lake Dora is the runway. While watching planes take off and land on the lake is a lot of fun, that’s just one way to enjoy your time here. ✈️ Soar on your own air adventure with Jones Brothers Air and Seaplane Adventures for a scenic tour or excursion. 🌴 Stay grounded and stroll along Wooton Park’s waterfront, where you can watch the seaplanes come and go. 🍽️ Grab a bite at Puddle Jumpers. And whatever you order, be sure it includes the onion rings. 🐊 Keep an eye out for Gary, the alligator. He might feel up to making his presence known. If you’re ready for a little aviation fun as part of your Central Florida getaway, you need to decide whether you’ll be a spectator or a participant. 📍Tavares, Fla. https://www.discoverlakefl.com/tavares 📍Jones Brothers Air and Seaplane Adventures https://www.jonesairandsea.com 📍Puddle Jumpers https://puddlejumpersfl.com #sharemylake #sharemylakefl #americasseaplanecity #seaplanecity fllove @discoverlakecountyfl @visitorlando @visitflorida - @southernbitesandsites
