I can’t deal with chewy meat as I gag straight away 🤢 but give me medium rare fillet steak any day and I will munch it down but cut smaller pieces 🙂

sooo when you eat meat its just a mechanical break down happening in the mouth where as carbohydrates get broken down by the mechanical and the enzymes in the saliva

girl i would really recommend blacklock if you want to acquire a taste for steak !! it literally melts in your mouth its so tasty and the gravy is insanely good and they also have a lot of other options like the burger or the pie etc its genuinely my fave restaurant ever

তেল দিয়া চুল বড় হয় না,, বড় হয় বংশে,, কোনো তেল, মাস্ক চুলের গোড়ায় নতুন করে লম্বা করতে পারে না। চুল বড় হয় স্ক্যাল্প থেকে। সব মার্কেটিং। টাকা নষ্ট কইরো না। সত্যি কথাটা কি? তেল দিয়ে চুল লম্বা হয় না। চুল লম্বা হয় মাথার ভিতর থেকে চুল বড় হওয়ার ৩টা ফ্যাক্টর* 1 তোমার মা, নানী, দাদীর চুল কেমন ছিল সেটাই 70% ঠিক করে দেয়। যাদের ফ্যামিলিতে লম্বা ঘন চুল, তাদের এমনিই হবে। 2.খাবার + হরমোন + ঘুম প্রোটিন, আয়রন, বায়োটিন, পানি। ভিতর থেকে নিউট্রিশন না পেলে 10টা তেলেও কাজ হবে না। তেল দিলে চুলে ময়েশ্চার আসে, জট কম লাগে। ফলে ভাঙে কম। মনে হয়
