@leewhitneyart: I’m savoring every last drop of summer as the season begins to turn… The rhythm of this summer has been slow mornings with coffee on the porch, fishing off the dock and feeding the turtles, long boat rides and lunch dates at different marinas. Afternoons spent anchored off in a quiet cove - exploring, swimming, and daydreaming with nowhere else to be. Slow cruising back as the sun sets over the water, late dinners well after dark, finished off by cozy campfires, the cadence of crickets, starry nights, and tired bodies from a day in the sun. A rhythm I’m not quite ready to leave behind, but already looking forward to finding again next summer. 22 x 28 | oil on canvas #oilpainting #waterscape #lakelife #slowliving #summerdays
