Happy you cleaned the bathroom… a restaurants bathroom says a lot of about the business and it’s cleanliness and practices

Smaller toilet paper thingy, wall-mounted automated soap dispenser, and make sure there’s hooks for coats/purses!

I would move the mops out of there, I don't think it should be store in a customer washroom! do you have any utility room or the office even!

Motion censored rechargeable lights for underneath the sink cabinet too! Nothing electrical needed at this time. There’s tons you can do to make it feel nicer without spending a crazy amount ❤️🩹 you’re literally so sweet and trying so hard for your fam and community. That’s already the world even if some teens are talking smack :P

Don’t let some dumb teenagers get you down! They will probably never have the work ethic you do. Be proud of that!

You can get rechargeable back lights that can go behind the mirror for super cheap (same for wall scones)

If the washrooms are dirty, the kitchen is dirty too. I’m glad you were able to get this cleaned up.

How a bathroom is in a restaurant makes or breaks it for me. If the bathroom is clean and tidy I have trust 😅 you’re going great 👍

Change the overhead bulbs to warm white OR even better get stick on rechargeable wall lights with a nice warm colour and don't use the big lights!! Much cheaper solution. Its guaranteed the colour of the lighting that makes it a hospital

Although lights are a nice way to uplift a place, try simpler things first: have a mirror with a nice frame or a better shape. Add some pictures on the wall, just make sure it's secured properly to the tile. Change the existing bulbs to a warm light. Maybe change the toilet paper holder and the trashcan to something nicer. Add some plants if possible, there are a few types that survives anything. Add a nice scent also, it helps percieve a place better. Good luck 😊

One way I judge a restaurant is how clean the washrooms are. If they are dirty, that tells me all about the care the place takes in everything they do. Usually my partner and I won't go back.

you can tell a lot about a restaurant by their bathroom. if it's dirty, what else is dirty? gives a good impression if it's really clean.

loving this series. I'm sure it sucked to hear the criticism, but good that you're making even more effort to change the space.

I genuinely hope you’re very proud of yourself and that you realize just how much you’re doing for moral which is not a small thing. You’re instilling a sense of pride into your place and into the people that work there and that means a LOT to people who work in hospitality. It shows you actually care 🫶🏻

Please find somewhere else for your mops People don't want to smell the mops while they use the bathrooms. Also there's nasty dudes that might pee on them or in the buckets
