@ustheremingtons: Educators, weigh in: what makes you feel the most seen, loved, and appreciated at school? ❤️ School spirit is so much more than matching shirts and a mascot on a sweatshirt. It’s the teacher who kneels down beside a nervous kindergartener at drop-off. The staff member who knows exactly how to make them laugh when they’re missing home. The people who pour so much of themselves into making hundreds of little humans feel safe, seen and like they belong. This year, getting to experience school as both a kindergarten mom and PTO President has given me an entirely new appreciation for the people behind it all. So I partnered with @Custom Ink to surprise our staff with some new school gear (and a little coffee + donut love 🥹) as a very small way of saying: we see you, we appreciate you, and everything you do matters. Because if we want to build a school community our kids are proud to be part of, I think we start by pouring into the people who make that community feel like home. ❤️ #custominkpartner #schoollife #teacherlife #teachers #momsover30
