The fact that not all people with npd are bad and npd is caused by this kind of abuse… while ppl with npd can be abusive, there is so much stigma assuming that these abused ppl will also turn out to be abusive when that’s just not true. Terms like “narcissistic abuse” instead of just saying emotional/physical/sexual abuse is HARMFUL

This caused me 2 years worth of brain injuries and it sucks having to remember why I’m not the same as I was :/ your physical safety is worth more than your love for this person, just make sure you can find a safe place to go after
