Tell me about it I went through all of that to the pain and they couldn’t find anything wrong with it my heart was healthy. They told me and I was too young. So I stopped eating high stuff that has sugar and caffeine so far I’ve been doing good but my nerve system I can’t figure that out

It’s been 2 months since my first panic attack. Have experienced many symptoms, main ones being chest tightness/heaviness pretty much everyday. The past couple weeks I’ve noticed these little pains that feel like comes from the center of my heart… it freaks me out so bad, not helping that my biggest fear is that I have a blocked artery at 21 years old. I’ve been to ER twice, gotten chest xrays, ekgs, bloodwork, and recently an echo… everything is fine. I have to wait to see cardiologist until December but I feel like I’ll be in constant fear until then that any day now I’ll have a heart attack. The little pains are so unsettling💔

this is crazy that it manifests as pain. i had gallbladder stones and the doctors had diagnosed me with anxiety disorder. turns out it was an actual physical condition. stay on top of your health people i almost died over gallstones
