@hiphopofthe90s: This might be the most Lil Wayne problem ever 😭 In 2024, Beats brought Lil Wayne and LeBron James together for “The Predicament.” LeBron keeps “A Milli” playing at a party while Wayne is trying to sleep nearby. Wayne eventually walks in to tell him, “You’re playing Lil Wayne too loud,” only for LeBron to point out the obvious: he is Lil Wayne. Wayne quickly changes his mind and tells them to keep it loud. The song choice makes the whole moment even better. Produced by Shondrae Crawford, “A Milli” appeared on “Tha Carter III” in 2008. On an album filled with major collaborations, the song had no featured artist and no conventional sung chorus. Wayne carried the record by himself, and it reached No. 6 on the Billboard Hot 100. “A Milli” later won Best Rap Solo Performance at the 2009 Grammy Awards, while “Tha Carter III” won Best Rap Album. Which Lil Wayne song are you never turning down? 🤔⁉️ #rap #hiphop #rapmusic #hiphopmusic #lilwayne
