Emerald :
McKenna once left behind his family, friends, career opportunities, and the life he had built simply because he wanted to be with the person he loved. He moved to another country and reshaped his entire life around the relationship, believing being together was worth everything.
So when he later chose to return to a city where he could pursue better opportunities, grow, and build a future of his own, that shouldn’t suddenly be portrayed as a lack of love or commitment.
When Kenny chooses himself, he’s “cold” and “the one who abandoned the relationship”? Yet when (his ex) won’t make the same sacrifices, that’s somehow understandable? 😂
Why should Kenny always be the one expected to sacrifice everything? Some of you are far too easily swayed by sweet words while conveniently overlooking actual effort, actions, and sacrifices.
Sometimes, loving someone also means understanding that you cannot lose yourself in the process. Love can be beautiful, but it shouldn’t require you to give up every other part of your life.
Not every story needs an audience, and not every choice needs an explanation. ✌️
