@rich.pilkington: the first producer room is done. two weeks, five sessions, nearly 12 hours live, working through production, arrangement, vocal production, mixing, artist development and release strategy. the best part was seeing how often something we uncovered in one person’s session ended up helping everyone else in the room too. a lot of the conversations went beyond just making a track sound better. we talked about finding your sound, building an artist project, treating it like a business, releasing music properly, and making decisions with more intention. really enjoyed putting this first one together, and definitely learned a lot from running it too. vol. 02 coming january 2027. details in november. soundtrack: how many ways producer + mixed by me, featuring my good friend victor perry. we also broke this production down during one of the sessions.
