I have said this for years and I feel this way for katseye, I personally never liked the group due to their music. But even I can tell that people who already hated them are now searching for anything problematic so they can hate the group publicly with an excuse

omg this reminded me of a comment i saw on a skz hate video, there was a girl who commented under the video agreeing with the post and saying skz is racist but then someone in the replies called them out saying that they reposted a twice video because twice is also racist and that girl had the audacity to say “well at least twice isn’t ugly flops.” or something like that… like that is GENUINE proof kpop fans don’t give a shit about racism and only use that excuse against groups they don’t like HENCE is why non-kpop fans think we’re insufferable as fuck and honestly i agree with them
