Interesting question. We only limit when the house dictates it. If the home can accommodate the people, why would it be limited?

Limit. I would love if the first 10 were collectors only no resellers that own antiques stores/booths. So annoying to be part of the first couple in and through the door the reseller declares they bought all of "x" without even seeing it or putting it in their box or bag.

I think it depends on size of house! If it’s under 2500 I think limit but if it’s a larger home then go all in!!
