What if it’s your daughter? I believe my daughter has RSD and she is now 28 years old and I find everything I do or say is taken as I ‘don’t care’ about her but I know it is untrue. I’ve tried to listen to understand, we done therapy together and separately myself. And nothing I do or say lands right. We’re currently low contact and I miss her dearly 😞

I almost scrolled away because...yes I am a human who lives with RSD. it is the scariest thing for me...so much so that I don't even like to listen to people talking about it. but I stayed and listened -- thanks so much for your thoughts on this!

😭😭😭 Thank you so much for this! I saved this to share with my son who is in 5th grade and struggling with getting bullied and afraid people don’t like him! Saying mean things about him. We’ve contacted his therapist. But these words are so helpful!!!
