@_dylanharrigan: ome blokes will spend more time worrying about whether they need 60g or 80g of carbs before training than they do making sure they’ve actually hit their calories for the day. That’s backwards. Pre workout nutrition has value, absolutely. But it sits on top of the basics. Daily calories. Protein. Hydration. Sodium. Recovery. I haven’t had a pre workout meal in around 18 months. I train fasted in the morning, stay hydrated, get some sodium in and make sure my total intake across the day is where it needs to be. And that’s the point. Stop trying to perfect the tiny shit before you’ve nailed the stuff that actually moves the needle. Do the basics well first. #fyp #foryoupage #fitnesstips #FitnessCoach #FitnessEducation
