:homeless started in 1929 downtown LA and by 1932 they made the #1 worse drug alcohol legal. we need to open more programs for are youths and people who want help but instead they build more prisons why bc there's no money in programs and they have people right where they want them.. alcohol destroys family's and is the number one killer.. stop believing the lies

The worst part of it all is that these people take advantage of minors who go to Skid Row looking for drugs. They would offer them drugs inside the buildings and tents, and then rape, kidnap, and human-traffic them—using their addiction to keep control over them.
