I graduated in 2008. Those who had job offers had them rescinded or were laid off within a couple of months. Everyone I know that that happened to, got through it and is still a practicing lawyer today.

I passed the bar ten years ago and man other attorneys place so much weight on status. the chill ones are the minority but we're out there ✌. I'll also say that that commenter is entering one of the worst job markets since 2008. he's going to have to learn his own life lessons though.

The first step is realizing that sometimes you gotta go work for the state. Sometimes you gotta work for bad money to show that you are a good worker and can be employed. It’s easier to get a job once you have a job.
