Just a suggestion.. Try leaving an hour before bedtime and driving through the night. Gives them an hour of night time driving and then should sleep.

I could not imagine taking a road trip in a Tesla. Even if everything went to plan, having to charge multiple times with 2 small kids would have me losing it.

Soooo many things you could do differently from a mom that frequently does 10+ hour roadtrips with 3 kids under 3 by myself. I like to consider myself a pro at this point lol. I’ve learned that leaving at a normal time in the morning helps me not get tired because they don’t go back to sleep, bust out the iPads when they wanna start watching tv, you don’t need new toys lol, no snackleboxes, a gas car, an extra “to-go cup” incase of pee needs in traffic, and everytime you stop everyone pees/snacks/gas (no matter what).

We drive overnight, they sleep most of the time. Wake Up to use the rr and eat breakfast and now it’s only a few hours left. Works well for us, although we don’t sleep but nothing Coffee and energy drinks can’t fix.
