I was MA and then became an office coordinator (leadership position). My company paid for me to get my BA in healthcare administration and now I am a medical quality assurance specialist (fully remote). But it’s true, your skills will definitely help if you can’t get the degree but definitely boost your resume.

I’ve heard that sometimes when you have a higher degree some places hesitate to hire because they don’t wanna pay or can’t afford you so they go with somebody that doesn’t have all the certifications and the highest degree but I think that’s why networking is so important

CNA here currently getting my CMA ( program through my job side note it’s free and comes with a job afterwards) my goal is to get my degree in Healthcare Administration. I want to stay in the healthcare field but not do patient care, do you think this is the right way to go ?
