My store won’t even allow time for beauty breakout anymore, I just push it straight from the repacks and case packs. Takes my whole shift to do one boat and there’s no time for any zoning or reshop. “It shouldn’t take you more than 2 hours.” Yeah, if it was detrashed and sorted MAYBE. 🥲

as someone who moved away from fulfillment to beauty , the unrealistic goal times is insane like wdym u want me to get two whole metros of cosmetics & skincare pushed and backstocked in 2 hrs

At least your store looks a little bit more organized because when it comes to my store, we just roll out all the repacks out on the floor and start working on them… It’s a nightmare with studio as well as we can’t move much, but they expect us to have beauty done

at our store we had 1 person just doing it in a 2 tier and honestly she knocked it out in half the time. they said it's not allowed now and the green takes her forever to do now especially her having to take absolutely everything out boxes
