Thing is, when you live here you don’t have much reason to refer to “New Yorkers” becayse you’re here. It’s peopke in other places that actually talk about New Yorkers. The only reason people talk about here is to argue over who qualifies.

Disgusting. if you can't verify your boroughs hospital birth certificate if you didn't go to our public schools, if you didn't stay past college if you went and make your life here- you are not a New Yorker. that is the only path to be a real born here NYC resident. all this other shit is a way to give the transplants validity. after 10 years good behavior- you move up from transplant. we gotta name that status
