I agree with her 100%. I grew up going to the same place every year for vacation and while I am extremely thankful for my parents providing a nice vacation for me every year as a child, I wish we would’ve gone to different places. There’s so much out there.

If he loves the beach there’s plenty of other beaches that aren’t in the Bahamas. They could definitely do something new while still doing what he enjoys.

I loved Italy and I would 100% go back again a few times if I could to really experience everything, but that doesn’t mean there aren’t other places in the world that I love just as much, she’s right

I think she has a point though, there is nothing wrong with changing it up once in a while and since she's willing to do the research for it and also agreed they didn't have to ditch the beaches that he prefers I think that's a fair compromise. And to me "Not caring" if your memories blur together or not is kind of a sad thing to be fine with.
