West Hartford if a huge HOA. They need to get over themselves. You can’t have a clothes line, you can’t park on the street over night. Well, this only if you live in a rich neighborhood. The cops won’t bother you. But if you live in Elmwood, you get a ticket. You can’t park on the lawn. Even if it’s just for an hour. So many stupid town ordinances. I would never live in that town. Especially with the taxes they pay.
