Here’s the thing people are not thinking about while raising property taxes is not fun but if there’s a cap put on that that just means something else is going to go up because if you’re going to cut money out of a budget, it’s gotta come from somewhere I personally think it would benefit the state to raise the sales tax of pending because you know what everybody shop everybody spends money if everyone is paying an extra penny every time they chop that means the states getting money not everyone in the state owns real estate.
