Make another frame with the extra fabric. Remove the glass in that frame! And add a cushioned back and use cute push pins to hang up photos / art when she's older ❤️

I think it would be really cool if you added a different maybe linen style fabric for the matting, you could still keep it neutral but add a different texture!

Remove border I think bc of the way it’s shaped, it looks like it should be vertical bc of the width of the sides, but the fabric looks better in it horizontal.
