@prcspca: 🐾 LOOKING FOR SOMETHING FUN TO DO WITH THE KIDS TOMORROW? 🐾 How about making a shelter dog’s day while you’re at it?! 🐶❤️ Did you know Pearl River County SPCA has a program called Pause 4 Paws that lets you take a shelter dog out for the day? YES, REALLY! 🐾 Minimal time. Minimal prep. MAXIMUM impact! Even just ONE hour outside the shelter can make a world of difference for a dog. A break from the barking, noise, and stress gives them a chance to relax, reset, and show off their true personality! And the best part? You get to have some fun, too! 🚗 WHERE CAN YOU GO? 🐾 Take a walk or enjoy a car ride. 🍦 Grab a pup cup! 🏡 Hang out at home and enjoy some couch time. 🌳 Explore The Crosby Arboretum — FREE admission (one person) when you bring a shelter dog! 🛍️ Stop by HOPE Thrift by Pearl River County SPCA. They love visits from our shelter pups! 🐶 HOW DOES IT WORK? Just stop by during business hours, and our staff will help match you with an adoptable dog who could use a little adventure! Most of our dogs qualify (puppies excluded). ⏰ Spend at least ONE hour together and have your pup back by 3 PM. 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Participants must be 18 or older. Kids are welcome when accompanied by a parent or guardian! 🚫 Please don’t introduce your day-out dog to other pets. 📸 TAKE PICTURES! Share your adventures and tag us! Those pictures and stories help potential adopters see these dogs outside the shelter and could be the reason they find their forever homes! 💌 Have questions? Send us a message! You don’t have to adopt or foster to make a difference. Sometimes all it takes is a car ride, a pup cup, and a little love. ❤️ So, who’s ready to make tomorrow the BEST DAY EVER for a shelter dog? 🐾 🐾 Pearl River County SPCA 📍1700 Palestine Rd., Picayune, MS 🕓 Tuesday–Saturday, 10 AM–4 PM 🐕 www.prcspca.org/available-dogs 📸 BRUCE - Avaliable
