@nbcconnecticut: Are high gas and diesel prices hitting your budget? ⛽ ️ Here in Connecticut, diesel prices are near record highs & that’s creating a major problem for Connecticut Foodshare. Foodshare relies on diesel-powered trucks to deliver food to families across Connecticut. The higher fuel costs rise, the more expensive it becomes to get that food where it needs to go. Connecticut Foodshare says that if diesel prices don’t come down, they may have to deliver LESS food next year - at a time when food pantry lines are already growing. Have gas or diesel prices changed your budget? Tell me in the comments. #Connecticut #Diesel #gas #food #family
