@cathypedrayes: Did you get the “ASOS Hacked’ notification? 

It came from the official ASOS app.

News is still developing but as of now it’s being reported that potentially millions of people have had their names, addresses, emails, birthdays and even search histories exposed. 

And according to ASOS, it was an impersonation scam. Someone pretended to be a ‘trusted contact’ and tricked an employee into giving them their login. 

This is a reminder that those work phishing trainings REALLY matter. 

Also if you happen to have shopped at ASOS, change your account password to be safe and be on the lookout for scams.
