If you’ve been following me for a while you know I typically sell all of my sourdough bread and baked goods on the side of the road every Saturday out of my converted 1970s horse trailer ⬇️ I’m currently 7 months pregnant & starting to slow down a little in my home micro bakery as I get ready for baby boy to be here 💙 Back story - in the end of August I started handing out pre-order cards for my locals so they could sign up via @hotplate ✨ I used to take pre-orders via IG but knew as I entered this new season of life I would want something more structured & organized. I slowly started launching pre-order menus every Sunday morning & my locals caught on! So, this week I decided to just launch pre-orders with pick up at my home. I was very nervous to say the least. I wasn’t sure how many people would place an order because I typically go out on the side of the road. By my surprise….i had 40 pre-orders this week. 45 loaves of sourdough 60 choc chip cookies 20 brownies 20 hello dolly bars 20 pumpkin muffins 44 oatmeal cream pies I was BLOWN AWAY 🤯 LITERALLY!!! Restructuring my business in this season of life is scary. BUT I also know I need to do it to stay healthy. My bakery will look different for a while as I continue growing a baby & take some time off postpartum. But I am so thankful to every single customer who orders. Your support means more than you know!! My next menu will launch 10/18 with pickup on 10/24. Link in my bio to sign up for text notifications when my menu goes live!!
