I own 1 in South Africa, we got them from Brazil Ford. They only sent us Regular cab long bed 2x4 and 4x4 and Short bed Crew cab 4x4. All with the MWM 4.2 in it and yes only 180hp from factory, but a fuel pin and a little bigger turbo, 300+ hp is easy. The body and everything in it is 7.3 style. Intercooler, radiator even the water reservoir is the same as the 7.3. Brazil got rights to build the trucks but never got the 7.3 motor.
