@annaliseharte: Can you tell my babies sleep is going well?! Waking only to feed. Gosh it makes a difference, you actually have the energy to live and be part of the beauty in life!!!! Anyway I’m so happy that he has evolved and got out of his phase of fight or flight vibes constantly because I get to do things that make my brain work and feel happy which is sooo nice. It’s funny because I actually felt good mentally most days even tho I was fkn dying with the lack of sleep, I’m like wow the world won’t be able to handle me with sleep now lol the amount of work I did on myself during that phase to push through is gonna be cool to see it now be able to flourish! #motherhood
