That's honestly one of if not the most important piece of equipment. He in a way controls the quality of the job. This coming from an inspector/ ex tester.

Dustin :

that doesn't look like a shovel or a rake. or a tape measure and a level to check grade off of the string line

Jesser💎 :

Operating school is a thing? Never heard of it💀

Peterson :

better then being in a trench or working with concrete....got start somewhere

MEEKS :

You can hate on the schooling but it at least teaches guys how to properly grease and look after the equipment they run. Experience comes with time

HellPeckerYeah :

Any sensible person knows operating school doesn’t teach you everything there is to know about operating but it allows people to get familiarization with equipment to get hired as an operator and begin really learning without having to do the imaginary hierarchy that is laborer -> operator.

tylerhhd :

It’s so tragic what operator school did for me🤦‍♂️🤣

wins23230 :

I’ll take that job

timmyk172 :

Fortunately, I was young and I watched the older guys running equipment so the day I got a piece of equipment I was awesome thank you Jesus

Christian Wheeler :
