For years, I kept adding more. More workouts. More skincare. More supplements. More things to “fix.” But eventually I realized the biggest change came from what I stopped doing. These are the 7 things I stopped doing that made the biggest difference for me: 1. I stopped sacrificing my sleep. 😴 I stopped treating sleep like something I could catch up on later. 2. I stopped skipping protein. 🍳 I started making sure I was actually eating enough instead of constantly restricting. 3. I stopped doing workouts that exhausted me. 🏋️‍♀️ I started focusing more on strength and consistency. 4. I stopped sitting all day. 🚶‍♀️ I started making movement part of my everyday routine. 5. I stopped neglecting my skin. ☀️ SPF became non-negotiable. 6. I stopped ignoring my stress. 🤍 I realized constantly running on empty was not something I wanted to normalize. 7. I stopped putting myself last. ✨ Taking care of everyone else doesn’t mean forgetting about yourself. And there’s one thing I started doing that became part of my morning routine: 8 I take NAD every morning This is the one I'd never skip now. As we age — especially through menopause — our cellular energy (NAD+) drops significantly, and that dip is a big part of why we feel so tired, foggy, and run-down. NAD is the fuel your cells use to make energy and repair themselves — topping it back up is what finally gave me my energy back. Once mine returned, everything else on this list got easier to actually stick with. If you add one thing, make it this. (The one I use is linked in my bio 🔋) I’m not trying to turn back the clock. I just want to feel strong, confident, energized, and good in my own skin. I put more of the things I’ve learned into The Ageless Ritual , my free ebook. 🤍 Comment “SEND” and I’ll send it to you. 💌 Make sure you’re following me first so my DM doesn’t get stuck in your hidden requests. And if you know a woman who needs this reminder, send it to her. 🤍 The NAD I take is on Amazon — link in bio.
